All paintings are copyright and cannot be Copied or reproduced or Ai transmitted without the artist's prior permission. 

Terms & Conditions:

Notice: Neither the Web site nor any element thereof graphics, painting images or other materials, may not be copied, repurposed, uploaded, posted, Ai transmitted, or redistributed, except that one copy sent to interested buyers individual computer by myself for personal view to purchase only.

Unless the painting is a commissioned artwork, all payments for paintings must be paid in full prior to receiving the goods. My preferred method of payment is via Paypal. (Please note that Paypal accept all major credit cards). Also a pre-arranged deposit is required for any commissioned artwork.  A deposit can be paid on receipt of an invoice sent via the Paypal system.
