WIMBLEDON
HAND IN HAND PUB (Wimbledon Common, London SW19)
This quaint character pub is situated on the Crooked Billet itself, a tiny hamlet perched on the edge of Wimbledon Common. This area is also known as ‘Shepherd’s
Hatch Gate’, formerly a grazing land, including cottages and farm buildings.
The pub dates as far back as 1835. With it's white picket fence, outside tables and sun umbrellas, it is very inviting to both local Wimbledonians and visitors alike. The pub has extremely friendly
staff and is very doggy-friendly. A great selection of mouth watering meals and real ales are available.
